• Fluroelastomer Viton or FKM rubber is a class of synthetic rubber designed for very high temperature operation.
• It exhibits high levels of resistance to chemicals, heat and oil. Fluoroelastomers or FKM (sometimes also referred to as FKM Viton) can be classified by their fluorine content, 66%, 68%, & 70% respectively.
• Viton O Rings is a gasket or seal which is to be placed in between two parts. Viton O Rings can be used for static and dynamic applications. FKM seals display very good resistance to media, ozone and aging.
• FKM sealing material is also stable in fuels as well as petroleum-based oils and greases, along with aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons.
  HELIX manufactures all types of custom viton parts exactly as per customer’s drawings or samples. HELIX has in house tooling facility to manufacture moulds for custom viton parts.
